Who are we?
The MLRC is a research center focused on teaching and learning. Our goal is to advance educational outcomes for multilingual learners through innovative and socially just research and research–practice partnerships. The MLRC is part of the University of Wisconsin—Madison School of Education and is located within the Wisconsin Center for Educational Research.

MLRC researchers conduct cutting-edge quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods research to inform policies and practices that build successful school experiences for multilingual learners.
