The MLRC VisionLab is a research-informed systems change framework that supports districts to strengthen internal policies and practices for multilingual learners through data-based inquiry. The VisionLab works with district leaders in a cohort model, implementing state frameworks and promoting cross-district collaboration, to create a concrete roadmap for policy and instructional improvement.
